Honey Nut Granola

I’m always playing around with different ways of making my granola (check out my fruity version here) and feel this honey nut granola is definitely deserved of a place in my healthy kitchen catalogue. With the massive quantities of nutty goodness, protein and calcium is in abundance; meaning a bowl full of this is great for a post workout, body repairing boost. Whats more the pecans and brazil nuts make it full of re-energising and mood lifting properties too.

 So, why not skip the coffee and fill your boots with this crunchy, nutty delight.
