This has got to be my favourite recipe of all time; tasty, healthy and surprisingly versatile. I have it for breakfast, for snacks, and even for dessert (crumbled on top of a helping a natural yoghurt, yum). The combination of nuts keeps you feeling satisfied and energised all morning long and the fruit fills you full of fibre, ensuring your digestive system runs smoothly for the rest of your day.

I make my batch for the week last thing on a Sunday, so I’m ready to start the week as I mean to go on.
