Five Steps to Mental wellbeing

In the aritcle Sarah Stewart-Brown, professor of public health at the University of Warwick and a wellbeing expert emphasizez that mental wellbeing is more than just happiness, “There is a deeper kind of wellbeing, which is about living in a way that is good for you and good for others around you.”  The article goes on to identify 5 key areas to- connecting with others, being active, learning, giving to others, and noticing the moment.

A simple article but great for a quick flash in the pan read on what it means to think holistically about our wellbeing.
