Main aim – Emotional wellbeing and increasing self-compassion

Although our retreats will definitely leave you feeling physically healthier, it’s important to know that this is secondary to our primary goal, to leave you feeling mentally healthier and more self-connected. We do this through the use of daily yoga, walks in the wonderful nature, guided meditations, optional mood coaching sessions and lots more. 

We make our retreats as affordable as possible – 

Everyone deserves a chance to give their minds some TLC and and so we strongly believe in making retreats not just something for the rich. We keep them as affordable as possible, whilst ensuring the service and care remains a five star experience.

Venues in areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty –

All of our locations are handpicked for their calm and tranquil settings. Nature has been proven to have a wonderful effect on reducing stress and so we make it a priority to ensure each of our retreats venues are surrounded in green filled nature.

One of our fundamental values is emotional wellbeing and relaxation for all! This value is at the heart of our retreats. We try to make them as affordable as possible as well as ensuring that any of the classes or workshops are suitable for absolutely all levels to yoga and meditation. 

So much more than ‘yoga’ –

Yes yoga is a big part of the retreats but this isn’t just about the asanas, it’s using all the other amazing tools yoga provides too, such as meditation, compassionate living guidance, mudras and energetic healing practises. As well as this we also use several other interventions to support you on your journey of relaxation; including beautiful walks, nutrition, mindfulness, optional mood coaching sessions & plenty of opportunities to put your feet up and just be! 

Qualified mental wellbeing expert supporting you throughout – 

Running our emotional wellbeing retreats is our founder, Nathalie Kealy. As well as being an advanced therapeutic yoga instructor, Nathalie has several years worth of experience and expertise in mental wellbeing as a qualified mental health practitioner and inner calm and compassion coach. She has written many articles on stress-reduction, mental wellbeing and how to use yoga to improve your mental health.  

Nourishing you inside out –

Each of our retreats have an in house team creating beautifully wholesome meals, using fresh, local produce. All meals are vegetarian; designed to boost your mood and leave you completely nourished.

Give back campaign –
