When it comes to celebrations it’s about finding a dessert that can keep everyone happy and what better way than with a fudgey, yummy vegan chocolate cake; I mean who doesn’t like chocolate cake?! Whats more you can really go and put a smile on their faces when you hit them with that wonderful revelation that it’s a completely guilt free chocolate cake. Not only that, but it’s actually pretty darn good for you! Yes imagine that a chocolate cake where you’re gaining nutrients rather than pounds! 

Made from avocados and beetroots, this vegan chocolate cake is gluten free, un-refined sugar free, diary free and egg free; making it probably one of the most healthy vegan chocolate cakes you will make. 

Top things you can wow your guests with about this recipe: It’s made from raw Cacao. That’s cacao not cocoa. Difference? Cacao is the rawest version of cocoa so all the nutrients are still preserved. Secondly,  the beets in this cake make it a great for detoxing the liver and calming the brain. The minerals in beetroots will cleanse your liver of sediments whilst the magnesium helps calm the nerves in the body, leaving you feeling happily zen.
